    Dear All,

    I bought an ASUS Monitor (VS1970E) in Silicon Valley SM Bicutan last March 15 2015 amounting to PHP 4,000.
    It was paid in cash with Sales Invoice Number BBT No:702074

    Unfortunately, it was returned on Nov 10, 2015 due to dead Pixel on screen / Half Screen BlackOut .

    When I ask their commitment date when to repair it – the assigned personnel in Silicon Valley SM Bicutan could not disclose any information. At this point, there is no guarantee when the device will be repaired with no service unit provided.

    It has been a month and two weeks and until now, I have not received any feedback from the seller.
    As for my dismay, I have no choice but to buy a brand new monitor in other store.

    I would like to file a complaint for the above-mentioned hoping that you can assist me with my concern.
